Operating on the Photocopier

This photocopier is broken. Laptop computer brains are being used to diagnosis the problem another piece of equipment with a computer brain has. It's like the game Operation but without a human factor anymore. Remember the Milton Bradley game Operation? Causing the red nose to light up and the buzzer to go off when your hands were a bit off-kilter on that game always startled me. It was that darn wishbone that was the trickiest part to remove!
