How anybody learns english properly is an amazing feat to me. Just look at this sign. Each time I read it I interpreted it differently. Is it:
"Bud Light Lime. Sampling Girls & Prizes!" meaning girls will circulate with samples of Bud Light Lime and you can win prizes.
OR
"Bud Light Lime. Sampling girls & Prizes!" meaning you can have some Bud Light Lime and sample different girls but I'm not sure what exactly the prizes would be for in this case.
OR
"Bud Light Lime Girls. Sampling & Prizes!" because someone had run out of room when they started writing the sign and didn't end up spacing the lines properly.
I can find out Sept 5 apparently.
I was in Gastown last weekend having lunch across from this supposed place you can stay at that has "New, Clean Rooms". After looking in the front window I noticed a utilitarian bucket from Home Depot (a building/home renovation supply store) and a rotary telephone on the front desk that's from 1982. These things advertised in the front window spell neither "clean" nor "new".
