A Resounding Sigh (of Disappointment)

Summer's over, and Daisy here feels just as crushed as most people do about that fact.

  1. Life took a difficult turn and I haven’t been by for a while: but I am so pleased that now I can come back. The difference in the quality of your pictures is amazing. I thought they were good before, but looking back over the last few, the composition, the clarity and the colour of these flower photos is quite stunning:)

  2. Overcoming struggles definitely gives a new lease on life, so I’m glad to hear you’ve come out on the bright side after the bevy of testings. I have trouble enough with a gluten-free diet, so I can’t imagine having even more dietary restrictions piled on top of that. Your research is paying off, and now you’ll be able to get back to playing that flute! Your compliments are ever most nice – thank you. Good to see you back.

  3. Aaaawww….it’s not so bad. Really! Autumn = a chill in the air, sweaters and pumpkin spice lattes — something this Floridian (who’s been overheating for months) looks forward to every year. I’m heading to Michigan in a few weeks and can’t wait to see some fall colors.

  4. Haven’t tried the pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks yet, but I’ve definitely heard about it from all over the place. Is it really tasty? Somehow drinking pumpkin doesn’t sound that appealing to me so I haven’t gone for it. P.S. You could’ve sent your overheating heat up here over the past few months because we got maybe one month of summer this year! – very odd weather. The fall colours really are a sight to behold every year… don’t forget to bring your camera ;)

  5. The pumpkin spice latte (or simply PSL in my world) is definitely worth trying. A decadent slice of heaven. I’m waiting until I get to the mitten state for my first of the season. (Somehow sipping a PSL in 90 degrees isn’t the same.) Sorry to hear about your abbreviated summer — what a drag. I hope you have a terrific autumn full of brilliant colors, at least.
