Rounding the Motocross Corners

More Mission Raceway Motocross practicing.... my shoes need a scrubbing but I didn't need to enrobe my camera in plastic this time because it was a drier track. Either that or I'm learning to stay out of harm's way.

  1. Well done — nice pics. It would be fun to find a similar event here. What kind of lens did you use?

  2. Thank you :) It is a good time being there to practice taking photos. Unbelievably frustrating too though because I can’t even relay to you how many photos I took where things were a) out of focus, b) a body part was cut off and c) I have no idea what I was doing with my exposure/shutter settings because it was light out but the photo looked like 10pm! My goal is to come away with one good picture. Anything more than that and I’ll just be disappointed! BIG learning curve.

  3. Oh, and it was mainly a 70-200mm f4 lens I was using.

  4. Nice shots… the last one is my fav!

  5. I have fun there. I’ll try to get more in focus next time – especially of the #3s! And “fill my frame with relevant content” :)
