Fountain of Youth
I happened across a display of this guy's business cards while on holiday recently. I don't know if it's as I get older people look younger, or just people are naturally looking younger all the time. I'm sure this realtor is very competent and knowledgeable, but to me he looks like he should be getting back to 3rd period math class before he gets handed detention for tardiness instead of being out there closing some real estate deal.

He does look young, although he does appear to have some crow’s feet (always the telltale sign of a happy aging soul). I’d have one question for him: How many houses have you bought, lived in and then sold? Experience is everything, especially in that line of work.

Smiling does bring out the crow’s feet and adds maybe 10 years. Alongside the saying that the camera adds 10 pounds, I’m thinking to avoid being on camera and smiling! haha
